About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its new Skilled Trades division. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and launching the division, including setting the strategy, structure, and growth roadmap. This role requires the development and execution of go-to-market plans to capture market share in skilled trades staffing, as well as the recruitment, mentorship, and leadership of a high-performing sales and recruiting team. The Vice President will also drive business development efforts, oversee P&L, budgeting, and performance metrics, and ensure operational excellence and compliance. A key aspect of the role is to act as a brand ambassador for the firm in the skilled trades marketplace. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in staffing, with a focus on skilled trades, and a proven track record of building and scaling staffing teams or divisions. The role demands a strong P&L and business development background, an entrepreneurial mindset, and exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on and will be expected to collaborate with executive leadership to align division strategy with the company's overall goals.
