Seeking a travel RN Home Health nurse in Everett, WA for a 13-week, 40-hour/week day shift position.
Responsibilities include delivering quality home care, conducting assessments, creating care plans, and managing about 5 patient visits daily.
Qualifications include a valid WA or Compact RN license, BLS certification, and 2+ years of RN experience with home health expertise, proficient in Oasis and HCHB.
Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with no on-call, and potential for extension.
Coverage area is Snohomish County.
