Position Overview:
Doctors Community Medical Center is seeking an experienced Clinical Educator RN for a 13-week day shift travel assignment. The RN Educator will promote high-quality, cost-effective healthcare through expert clinical education and professional development, collaborating with leadership and clinical teams to implement educational programs aligned with organizational goals.

Certifications & Requirements:

  • Active MD or Compact RN License – Required
  • ACLS, BLS – Required
  • Minimum 2 years current Clinical Educator experience

Experience Required:

  • Strong background in clinical education, preferably in critical care settings
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and serving as a change agent for clinical staff

Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs
  • Knowledge of American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, Infusion Nurses Society, and Society of Critical Care Medicine guidelines
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
