• Safely assemble and install solar panels on residential and commercial rooftops
• Assist with site preparation, layout, and system assembly
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure installations meet all safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Work as part of a team to complete jobs on time
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
