Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our IT services team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements designing ServiceNow solutions and ensuring the effective implementation of ServiceNow modules.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into technical specifications
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
- Solution Design Design and propose ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices
- Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow platform
- Configuration and Customization Configure and customize ServiceNow modules workflows and scripts to meet business requirements
- Testing and Validation Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow solutions
- Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements technical specifications and process flows
- Training and Support Provide training and support to endusers and other IT teams on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices
- Project Management Assist in project planning coordination and execution of ServiceNow projects
- Stakeholder Communication Facilitate communication between stakeholders developers and other IT teams to ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications
- Education bachelors degree in computer science information technology business administration or a related field
- Experience Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CIS are highly desirable
- Analytical Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Team Player Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed
- Adaptability Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM ITOM and other ServiceNow modules
- Knowledge of integration tools and techniques such as RESTSOAP APIs and middleware platforms
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
