Server/Bartender Location: Long Trail Brewing Co, Windsor, VT
Schedule: Part-time
Long Trail Brewing Co. is seeking enthusiastic, service-driven individuals to join our front-of-house team as servers and bartenders. Whether you're pouring pints, recommending menu items, or creating a memorable experience for our guests, you'll be a key part of what makes Smuttynose a top destination on the Seacoast.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails (bartenders)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining, and service areas
- Process payments using POS systems
- Assist with event service and large parties as needed
- Uphold all safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards
What We're Looking For: - Positive, outgoing attitude and a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality preferred, but not required
- Must be 18+ and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
