What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) projects through stakeholder engagement
- Analyze current contract lifecycle processes and collaborate with clients to design optimized future-state processes
- Configure CLM systems, including workflows, templates, and reporting dashboards based on gathered requirements
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to support end-user adoption of CLM solutions
- Monitor solution performance and provide actionable reports to stakeholders for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CLM or contract management software
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution configuration
- Proficiency in process mapping and business analysis techniques
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with specific CLM systems such as Agiloft, Malbek, or IronClad
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to derive insights from contract metrics
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality work
