We are looking for a Seamstress / Tailor to join our team! You will be responsible for fitting garments on clients and making alterations to achieve the perfect fit.

Responsibilities:

• Repairing damaged clothing items.
• Sewing custom garments from patterns or client specifications.
• Using a variety of sewing techniques and tools, such as hand stitching, machine sewing, and pressing equipment.
• Choosing appropriate fabrics and materials for each project.
• Maintaining sewing machines and other equipment in good working order.
• Keeping track of client orders and completing work in a timely manner.
• Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients.

Qualifications:

• Strong sewing skills, including hand sewing and machine sewing.
• Familiarity with a variety of sewing techniques, such as hemming, applique, and embroidery.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good eye for detail and ability to spot and fix mistakes.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Familiarity with different types of fabrics and materials.
