Job Description

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is seeking a Director of Sales in the Bristow, Virginia area. Qualified candidates for this opportunity will have 12-15 years of sales experience, 5 years of Sales Management experience, and preferably 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC/Plumbing industry. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees goal setting to develop targets for departmental levels of the sales organization and uses data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance.
• Creates and implements capabilities to analyze the business environment, identify and understand competitors, and retain and expand the customer base.
• Uses market and customer insights to collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and suggest new products.
• Builds effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and development.
• Directs and develops sales strategy, operational plans, tactics, and processes that will drive revenue growth and accomplish financial objectives.

Experience Needed:

• Successful experience managing and leading a sales team to achieve company objectives.
• Experience developing and implementing a formal sales process utilizing key process indicators (KPI) and other measurement methods.
• Experience with building and developing an effective sales team.
• Skilled relationship builder with examples of deep relationships with executive leadership at key accounts.
• 12-15 years of Sales experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales Leadership
• Prior HVAC/Plumbing industry experience preferred
