Job Description
Overview :
We are searching for a highly motivated Safety Manager for our Safety Department. The position is located at Fort Worth, TX and requires experience with OSHA and CTPAT regulations & risk management of transportation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Management of safety in the designated area (Middle and East region)
- Conducting audit and result reporting
- Monitoring/Inspecting compliance (Include outsourcing companies such as Allied, etc.)
- Problem solving any department concerned issues
- Monitoring Overhaul Alerts then act accordingly (Light Alert: 100% action and report)
- Resolve problems with respected parties (OH, Broker, Sub Carrier, LGE, Pantos & related)
- Communication with respected parties (OH, Broker, Sub Carrier, LGE, Pantos & related)
- Unplanned matters/tasks of safety, security and risk management
- Case writing & reports, submitting police reports & Department required AD HOC report
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Proactive, responsible, and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Expertise in safety and security fields
- Proactive communication skills
- Computer skills, including MS Office
Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, And On call duty on Sunday.
(Wednesday Off), 2nd shift.
