We are looking for a Plumbing Instructor who shares our vision and is eager to mentor future plumbers, making a lasting impact on the construction industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead engaging classroom instruction to teach essential skills, techniques, and knowledge for success in the plumbing trade.
• Facilitate hands-on training and simulations to reinforce practical learning in a classroom environment.
• Coordinate on-the-job training opportunities with division teams to provide real-world experience for trainees.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and training activities.
• Collaborate with division managers to identify and address current and future training needs.
• Promote and enforce company safety protocols, ensuring a secure learning environment.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
• Hands-on experience in Single-Family and Multi-Family construction projects.
• A passion for mentoring and developing the next generation of trades professionals.
