Job Description

Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Repair Technician II - Industrial Pumps to join their team. As a Repair Technician II, you will be part of the Service Operations supporting the Infusion Pump Service team. Must have 1-3 years of industry experience in high-tech manufacturing, service repair, or a related environment. 

Previous experience conducting REPAIRS on smaller parts such as Electronic Assembly, Cell Phone Repair, Computer Repair, Small Appliance Repair, etc. is strongly preferred.

Job Title: Repair Technician II - Industrial Pumps

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $27.04 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Perform routine and complex work related to the repair, refurbishment, and upgrades of medical devices.
• Troubleshoot and analyze customer device returns to identify root cause issues.
• Document all aspects of Infusion Pump service activities, ensuring compliance with quality and operational procedures.
• Assist with product complaint investigations and collaborate with various teams to resolve non-conformities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while participating in special projects as needed.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED equivalent; A.S. degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• 1-3 years of industry experience in high-tech manufacturing, service repair, or a related environment.
• Proficiency in cGMP compliance and understanding of quality system regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to edit documentation as necessary.
• Hands-on experience with electronic/mechanical equipment repair, including soldering and using testing equipment.
