We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in conscious sedation. The ideal candidate can administer sedation independently and manage on-call shifts solo. This role requires strong critical thinking, emergency response skills, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:Administer and monitor conscious sedation independently.
Oversee patient care before, during, and after sedation procedures.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Respond promptly to sedation-related complications or emergencies.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled.
Active RN license in NY.
Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience with recent conscious sedation expertise.
Comfortable managing on-call shifts independently.
Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
