Are you ready to become a part of our dynamic Emergency Department team? Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness. Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient. Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes. Critical Thinking. Strive to exceed patient expectations. Demonstrate interpersonal skills. Scheduled Hours: Per Diem. Work Shift: Rotating. Education Required: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. Experience: Emergency Department experience required unless applying for a new grad/ nurse in transition position. May consider other acute/critical care experience. Licenses/Certifications Required: State of Massachusetts RN licensure (or eligibility), BLS, ACLS (required within 6 weeks of hire), PALS Certification (required within 6 weeks of hire). Certifications Preferred: TNCC.
