A Normal day as a recruiter:

• Planning your day/week
• Researching to identify top individuals within the industry that would fit our clients
• Cold Calling professionals within the industry and discussing new career opportunities.
• Scheduling Interviews and Preparing candidates for their interviews.
• Posting Jobs/Marketing/Advertising - thinking outside of the box as to how to attract top talent for our clients.
• Recruiting is technical sales. We are selling our clients to potential candidates and discussing the serious life change and advantages of a new career opportunity.

Qualifications:

• Successful track record of overachieving in a sales role OR a strong desire to overachieve in a sales role.
• Someone that appreciates that their income is tied to their performance alone and not simply to "experience level" or "tenure".
• Self motivated and hungry to succeed in their career.
• High ethics and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and in writing.
• Outgoing personality and ability to make dozens of outbound calls each day.
