Title: Site QA/QC Manager

Location: Utah

Duration: Direct hire

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000

Per Diem: Yes, available

Work Schedule: 50 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Implement the requirements of the Quality Management System.
Act as a direct point of contact with the Client and hold authority to handle QA/QC issues.
Assess Inspection and Test Plans and Procedures, coordinating with the Construction Manager and Method Statements.
Ensure that all installations adhere to contract specifications and approved submittals.
Perform inspections and tests at various stages of the process in line with Quality Plan and Contract requirements.
Work with Construction Managers to enforce Quality System requirements and conduct Internal Quality Audits.
Issue Non-Conformance Reports when needed and ensure thorough review.
Guarantee availability of pertinent documents like Quality System copies, QA/QC procedures, and Codes and Standards on-site.
Supervise the implementation of corrective and preventive actions for product and system non-conformances.
Identify and coordinate quality-related training sessions.
Manage inspection, measuring, and test equipment as per Contractor's Quality System Procedure.
Oversee the testing laboratory and its technicians.
Monitor Sub-contractor performance to uphold quality standards.

Requirements

10+ years of QA/QC experience in industrial construction environment, preferably in utility / substation construction
EPC contractor experience preferred.
