Becho Incorporated, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Project Engineer to join our California High Speed Rail Project in Fresno, CA. Responsibilities include tracking, reviewing and processing Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders, Owner Payment Applications and claims if applicable; monitoring job costs, maintaining accurate reports, assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent in preparing quantity reports, analyzing labor costs, and completing quarterly profit project records; managing the preparation and execution of the Project closeout process; researching and proposing solutions to quality control issues; and performing quantities take offs. Requirements include a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar from an accredited institution, 3 or more years of construction experience in the civil or infrastructure sector, and 3 or more years of experience coordinating material procurement, managing third-party contracts, monitoring construction progress, and updating schedules.
