As our Plumbing Supervisor , you'll lead from the front-supporting the team, solving problems, and helping every plumber deliver 5-star service. You'll be the go-to expert when techs need help in the field, and the motivator that keeps the team performing at their best.
What You'll Be Doing:Provide technical support for field technicians
Partner with dispatch to assign the right plumber to the right job
Monitor job quality and coach techs to minimize callbacks
Deliver consistent training and development for your team
Set the tone-lead, inspire, and hold your team to high standards
Experienced in plumbing and passionate about leadership
A motivator who drives results and supports their team
Confident communicator, trainer, and coach
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with Microsoft Office
Must have a valid driver's license and clean background
