Your Challenges
- Operating and setting up advanced machinery for plastic processes, including extrusion and injection molding.
- Handling tool, die, and mold setups to streamline production.
- Reading and executing blueprints and technical drawings to meet exact part specifications.
- Quality control: adjusting processes to maintain our industry-leading standards.
- Performing preventative maintenance to avoid operational interruptions.
- Working alongside team experts to solve complex problems and enhance manufacturing efficacy.
- Upholding an orderly and safe workspace by adhering to safety guidelines.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- In-depth knowledge of plastic extrusion, injection molding, and thermoforming.
- Expertise in tool, die, and mold setup techniques.
- Precise blueprint reading skills.
