Pride Health is looking for a Physician Recruiter for one of its hospital clients.

This position focuses on building strategic pipelines, initiating early-stage candidate relationships, and collaborating with Provider Recruiters and clinical leaders to support hospital's workforce strategy. In this high-touch, mission-driven role, you’ll help expand access to healthcare by ensuring we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time.

Education & Experience

Minimum Required:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, healthcare, or a related field.

Experience Required:

• • Direct experience sourcing physicians or advanced practice providers.
  • Familiarity with provider hiring timelines and specialty landscapes.
  • Experience using Workday or similar ATS/CRM platforms.
  • Exposure to onboarding, credentialing, or provider licensing processes.

Licensure / Certification

Preferred:

• • Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) or equivalent.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
