🔍 Your Role

• Provide excellent support to our personal lines clients
• Manage policy servicing , billing inquiries, endorsements, and renewals
• Collaborate with agents to retain and grow client relationships
• Assist with quoting and onboarding of new business
• Work with major insurance carriers and agency management systems

✅ Qualifications

• 2+ years personal lines insurance experience preferred
• Active Michigan Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with modern agency systems
• Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented and client-focused
