Job Title: Personal Assistant with Driving
Location: Schaumburg, IL (Onsite)
Hours: Should be Flexible as per the CEO schedule
Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Schedule Management:
- Coordinate the CEO’s complex calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and personal appointments.
- Manage and update itineraries regularly, ensuring that the CEO’s time is optimized and commitments are met.
- Travel Coordination:
- Arrange both commercial and private travel, ensuring logistics and accommodations are in place.
- Drive the CEO to scheduled appointments, meetings, and events according to the calendar.
- Driving & Transportation:
- Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for the CEO to various locations as per the CEO's schedule.
- Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and ready for use at all times.
- Event & Corporate Support:
- Help coordinate corporate events, parties, and luncheons, including arranging catering, assisting with setup, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist with the cleanup and provide ongoing support during events.
- Personal Assistance & Errands:
- Complete personal errands such as picking up documents, gifts, supplies, and other items as requested.
- Ensure personal appointments are scheduled and attended as needed, with privacy and discretion.
- General Office Support:
- Provide general office support, including drafting correspondence, filing, research, and data entry.
- Order office supplies, manage building work requests, and maintain office functionality.
- Technology Support:
- Assist with business and personal technology needs, troubleshooting as necessary.
- Confidentiality & Discretion:
- Handle highly confidential information with the utmost care and discretion.
- Maintain professional relationships and handle both personal and professional matters with privacy.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proof of automobile insurance.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive and flexible, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently while understanding when to seek guidance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in both personal and professional matters.
