Perm-Physician Recruiter

Location: On-site | Ft. Lauderdale, FL (Remote considered for candidates with a proven track record in candidate-side recruitment)

Palm Health Resources is a nationally recognized, full-service healthcare staffing firm specializing in placing top-tier Perm Physicians in all specialties in full-time positions. With 500+ exclusive staffing contracts and a high-performing, supportive team, we are expanding and seeking a passionate, driven, and highly skilled Perm Physician Recruiter to focus on candidate-side recruitment and talent acquisition.

About the Role

As a Perm Physician Recruiter , you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and placing advanced practice providers in high-demand roles across the country. Youll work closely with our business development team to ensure alignment between client needs and candidate capabilities, delivering exceptional experiences on both sides.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
  • Proactively source Physicians of all specialties for perm roles via cold calls, email campaigns, texting, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Build a deep and active pipeline of high-quality candidates aligned with client needs.
  • Leverage premium recruiting tools including Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Definitive Healthcare, Indeed, VMS platforms, DocCafe, HealtheCareers,MDJobSite and more.

• Recruitment Strategy & Execution
  • Conduct detailed interviews and screenings to ensure clinical and cultural alignment.
  • Guide candidates through the full hiring processfrom initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Navigate credentialing, licensing, and compliance with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Relationship Management
  • Build trusted relationships with providers by offering insight, career guidance, and transparent communication.
  • Partner closely with sales and account managers to understand real-time staffing needs and drive effective placements.
  • Maintain detailed candidate records and pipelines using Salesforce CRM.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Perm Physician healthcare recruitment
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities using job boards, databases, and outbound outreach
• High comfort level with phone-based communication (50+ calls per day)
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and requisitions simultaneously with precision

This is a MondayFriday, in-office position (8:00 AM 6:00 PM) based in Ft. Lauderdale, FL . Remote opportunities are available for top-tier recruiters with verifiable performance and billing success in candidate-side healthcare recruiting who live 200+ miles outside the state of Florida .
