This position is a customer service-oriented Life & Safety Inspector ideally with experience in Fire Alarm systems. The ideal Inspector will be organized, professional, and a good communicator; and will provide accurate and detailed inspections reports with all proper documentation of NFPA deficiencies. This important position will also establish rapport and build positive relationships with our customers.\n \nPosition is located out of our Phoenix, Arizona district office.\n \nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\n \n\nPerform routine inspections, testing, maintenance, and services of fire alarm systems.\nDaily communications with Manager and/or Schedule Coordinator on inspection or project delays, requirements and general status of job.\nConducts service calls and makes repairs assigned.\nPerform smaller repairs, upfits, and internal pipe inspections as directed.\nPerforms other tasks and duties as requested by management.\n\n \nJOB REQUIREMENTS\n \n\n2 years’ experience in Fire Protection systems inspections.\nFire Alarm Inspections experience.\nWilling to coordinate between inspection deficiencies and service required to correct found deficiencies.\nCapability to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction.\nAble to complete documentation and administrative duties as necessary; proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office tools, with experience in Service Trade and Inspect Point preferred.\nPossess a valid driver’s license and meet company driving requirements.
