Sales Representative – Designer
Location: Northeast Michigan (Roscommon, Alpena, Gaylord, Cheboygan)
Pay: $150k – $300k per year
Our company, BathWorks of Michigan , is the fastest-growing Jacuzzi® dealer in the nation . Our mission is to "Do Well and Do Good" , and we are looking for Designers to help us make that happen! The BathWorks sales team meets with hundreds of clients per month, presenting high-quality home improvement solutions and helping make their dream bathrooms a reality.
Products include tub-to-shower conversions, tub and shower replacements.
Responsibilities:
Be the face of BathWorks: demonstrate professionalism and product knowledge.
Meet with homeowners and offer high-performing products and services.
Help customers find the best solution for their home improvement needs.
Commit to learning our products and services inside and out.
Master our 10-step selling process using the training provided.
Qualifications:
Passion for sales and people.
Comfortable and proficient with technology — our sales process uses iPads and sales apps exclusively.
Willing to learn, train, and grow.
Reliable, driven, and goal-oriented.
Highly effective interpersonal communication skills.
Preferably 2+ years of sales experience.
