JOB SUMMARY: Performs registration and scheduling of outpatient appointments, medical records functions to include release of medical records information. Answers telephone inquiries. Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties to proactively identify and respond to the needs of the patients, medical office staff and physicians.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent or High School certificate
- 1-3 years of experience
- Travel to offsite locations may be required to meet staffing and patient needs. Travel will be coordinated in advance to the extent it is possible
