Dialog Healthcare LLC is seeking an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner to provide specialty Diabetes and Endocrinology care in Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation Facility settings (north/central Jersey). You will receive clinical support from our chief Endocrinologist and Clinical Director. Endocrine experience is desired, although we will train the right applicant.

• Flexible hours - not a 9-5 job, commuting during less busy hours! You can make your own schedule (one facility per day in various locations)
• Make a difference in our patient's quality of life! Help improve care and reduce hospital readmissions in a vulnerable group of patients.
• Gain a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience in the in-demand field of Endocrinology.
• Option for additional income
• Must be open to commuting to various facilities within a certain driving distance.
