Salary: $110,000 annually (full-time equivalent)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient clinic team specializing in the care of patients with sickle cell disease. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals living with a chronic condition. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner and a strong interest in hematology or chronic disease management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients with sickle cell disease
- Conduct health assessments, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members
- Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
- Minimum of 6 months NP experience (new graduates with strong clinical rotations in relevant areas may be considered)
- BLS certification (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with sickle cell or chronic disease patients preferred but not required
Schedule:
- Full-time or Part-time options available
- Clinic hours: 8am-5pm
