About the job New CDL A Drivers Start With Paid Training and 1300 Weekly Pay
CDL A required Must be 21 or older No experience needed if you graduated from a CDL school New drivers welcome. Get paid to train, earn consistent miles, and start building your future with a stable carrier.
Training and Orientation: - Duration: 4 to 6 weeks behind the wheel
- Orientation: $300 paid
- Travel and hotel costs covered
- Assigned mentor with structured route training
After Training: - Pay: Start at $0.56 CPM
- Weekly Earnings: $1,300 average
- Miles: 1600-2200 per week
- Home Time: Every 14 days for 2 full days
- Freight: 100% no touch | 50% drop and hook
- Pay increases up to $0.64 CPM
Driver Perks: - Rider and pet policy available after training

Requirements: - CDL A and minimum 21 years old
- No DUIs in last 5 years
- Clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Must pass urine and hair drug test
- Must have completed certified CDL school
- Limited gaps in employment history
