DESCRIPTION
The Gallery Players in Park Slope is seeking a music director for its upcoming non-equity production of the musical Legally Blonde . Music and lyrics by Laurence O'Keefe and Neil Benjamin. Book by Heather Hach. Director: Ryan Hendricks. Producer: Dominic Cuskern.
The show will run from September 13th to 28th, with a total of 13 performances. Rehearsals start August 1st and will be scheduled in the evenings during the week and during the day on weekends. Callbacks are likely to be on Sunday, June 29th, and Tuesday, July 1st.
The music director will play at callbacks, teach music to the cast, attend rehearsals, and perform in the show. The music director will also be responsible for recruiting band musicians.
We are looking for a talented team player. The stipend is a one-time payment of $1,400.
