Job Description
We are offering both part-time and full-time opportunities for dual-licensed professionals (Real Estate Agent and Mortgage Loan Officer). This role allows you to earn commissions on a variety of loans, including conventional, FHA, and VA loans, in addition to the commission offered through your real estate office.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure all necessary documentation required to process mortgage loans.
You have the option of a lower mortgage loan commission split if you'd prefer to pass on the loan prospect to another licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) for processing.
Alternatively, you can collaborate with a lender's loan processing team or a third-party processing company to complete the loan.
Utilize your creativity and originality to find solutions that meet client needs and grow your business.
Qualifications:
Active NMLS Mortgage License is required.
Dual-licensed Realtors must have an active license with the State of Florida.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of creativity and professionalism is a must.
We take integrity seriously; any fraud will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination, with further actions as needed.
