We're seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team in a remote, flexible work environment. Whether you're looking for a part-time or full-time opportunity, we offer the chance to leverage your dual licensing as both a realtor and a mortgage loan originator (MLO). In this role, you'll have the ability to earn commissions from both mortgage loans (including conventional, FHA, and VA) as well as real estate transactions.
Job Requirements:
Active NMLS Mortgage License is a must
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Responsibilities:
Obtain all necessary documentation required for mortgage loan processing
For those who prefer not to handle the loan processing directly, we offer a lower mortgage loan commission split option. This allows you to refer prospects to another licensed MLO to complete the loan process.
Option to collaborate with a lender's loan processing department or utilize third-party loan processing services.
This role encourages creativity and originality—your results will depend on your drive, innovation, and problem-solving abilities.
We uphold a strict no-tolerance policy for fraud. Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination and may prompt further action.
