Medical Science Liaison Oncology (Mid-Atlantic Territory)
Territory includes: Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., Delaware
We are seeking a Medical Science Liaison or Senior MSL to join our Medical Affairs team. This is a field-based role focused on building scientific partnerships with healthcare providers and thought leaders to advance patient care and support our oncology pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a scientific expert in oncology , engaging in peer-to-peer discussions with healthcare providers and thought leaders.
- Provide balanced, evidence-based medical and scientific information to support appropriate product use.
- Support clinical trial activities, including site identification, initiation, and ongoing engagement.
- Attend and represent the organization at scientific conferences and medical meetings.
- Collect and share insights from the field to inform medical strategy.
- Support investigator-initiated studies and company-sponsored clinical programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams.
Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree required (MD, DO, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent).
- 1-5+ years of MSL experience in Oncology is a must have
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards related to medical affairs.
- Ability to travel 5070% within territory
