Job Details:

• Schedule: 36/48 rotating
• Shifts: Both day and night shifts available
• Requirements:
  • Active LPN license
  • Experience with Alzheimers and dementia patients
  • CPI certification preferred
  • Geriatrics or psych experience preferred
