Royal Health Group seeks a motivated LPN RAH Agency Nurse to join our Cape Cod team, offering weekly pay and a Work Today, Get Paid Today program.

Provide high-quality resident care across multiple facilities, including long-term, sub-acute, and memory care settings.
Assess resident health, develop care plans, administer medications, and monitor progress.
Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate residents and families, and ensure accurate documentation compliant with regulations.
Work at least 4 weekends/month and in two or more locations (Buzzards Bay, Falmouth, Mashpee).
Must be a licensed MA LPN with skills in medication administration, EMR (PCC), memory care, case management, and familiarity with MDS assessments.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills required.
