MDG follows a hybrid work model of Monday/Friday remote and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in our Boca Raton office. Our scheduled work hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 2-5 years of experience in front-end or WordPress development Develops and maintains WordPress websites using custom themes and plugins Translates design mockups into responsive HTML/CSS/JS Collaborates with team members to deliver development work on time Communicates status updates and challenges to project stakeholders Ensures all work meets accessibility and cross-browser compatibility standards Actively participates in code reviews and team discussions Follows internal standards and best practices Eager to learn new technologies and improve coding skills Provides support for troubleshooting and resolving bugs Manages multiple tasks with attention to detail and timelines Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams and is open to feedback Requirements: Proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with page builders like Elementor or Gutenberg is a plus Basic understanding of PHP and MySQL Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) Understanding of responsive design principles Some experience in SEO best practices and performance optimization Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to take initiative and contribute ideas for improvements Strong communication and collaboration skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience Experience with Laravel and/or NuxtJS is a significant plus Benefits: We offer competitive healthcare, dental, and vision plans, along with voluntary benefit options.
