Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3 PM
Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for handling routine and emergency maintenance work orders to ensure the property is maintained to high standards.

What We Offer: Responsibilities: - Complete routine work orders within 3 days respond to emergencies immediately as directed by Facility Director
- Track and manage maintenance inventory and supplies
- Maintain and operate property equipment safely and efficiently
- Understand and locate utility shutoffs (power, water, gas, sewer)
- Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including:
- HVAC diagnosis
- Electrical and appliance repair
- Plumbing and carpentry
- Carpet cleaning and drywall/painting
- Debris removal and general upkeep for strong curb appeal
Qualifications: - Prior experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available for on-call emergencies and scheduled hours
- Positive attitude and willingness to 'Smile' and be helpful to residents
- Must have Clean Background
