We are developing all-electric aircraft for cargo transport. With the ability to operate using existing helipads and regional airports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in time and motion studies, process mapping, and data collection on the shop floor.
- Support ongoing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help analyze production bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, supply chain) to identify inefficiencies.
- Assist in creating standard work instructions and updating documentation.
- Support facility layout changes and space utilization planning.
- Assist in kitting components for the technicians
- Create work instruction documents on a daily basis, and plan for its execution.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Basic understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to real-world engineering challenges.
