Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Independent Contractor – Remote)

Requirements:
- ✅ Fluent in Spanish & English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- ✅ Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- ✅ Strong computer and web-based platform proficiency
- ✅ Flexible availability — projects/shifts offered 24/7, Monday through Sunday
- ✅ Self-driven, reliable, and eager to learn

Schedule
- Opportunities available Monday–Sunday, 24 hours/day
- Contractors bid on projects/shifts that best fit their schedule
Remote Work Readiness
- Complete a remote readiness test (upon approval) to confirm your setup meets project standards
Required Equipment:
- Desktop with 2 monitors or Laptop with 1 extra monitor
- Camera (built-in or USB)
- USB corded headset
- Hardwired internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload )

Experience & Education
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
