Job Description
This role supports the full HR and recruitment lifecycle for our technical consultants deployed on long-term projects with major clients. You will ensure strategic alignment with European processes, while playing a key role in reinforcing our human-centric business model in the U.S. The position requires deep understanding of European HR standards, tools, and methodologies not commonly found in the domestic labor market.
Key Responsibilities:
International Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of technical consultants, including job publication, candidate sourcing, screening, and client recommendations.
- Use European-standard tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter , Boond Manager (French CRM), and ATS systems to track candidates and manage talent pipelines.
- Conduct structured interviews and prepare tailored evaluation reports for clients.
HR Follow-up & Consultant Support
- Provide ongoing HR support for consultants assigned to client projects, including regular follow-ups, well-being monitoring, and performance check-ins.
- Serve as the main HR point of contact for a diverse, multilingual consultant base across long-term client engagements.
Training & Skill Development
- Act as the liaison between consultants and the training & development department to support upskilling and career progression.
- Promote learning pathways aligned with project needs and individual consultant growth plans.
Business Model & Culture Integration
- Collaborate on initiatives that strengthen team spirit and a sense of belonging within Klanik’s U.S. team.
- Assist in the local deployment of a European-rooted business model focused on engagement, empowerment, and shared values.
Client & Project Coordination
- Support business development by working closely with the international recruitment team and local project managers to assess talent needs.
- Participate in offer discussions and provide HR feedback aligned with client expectations and consultant capabilities.
HR Tools & Documentation
- Review employment-related documentation to ensure alignment with European HR practices and U.S. compliance.
- Maintain GDPR-compliant handling of consultant records and recruitment documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Innovation.
- Minimum 3 years of HR and recruiting experience , with proven work in French or European consulting environments .
- Strong knowledge of European recruitment standards , including GDPR compliance, anonymous résumé sourcing, and consultant follow-up practices.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter , Boond Manager , and other ATS systems (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Bilingual: Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in multicultural teams.
The position requires an on-site presence in Miami five days a week.
