You'll manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and providing a smooth onboarding experience.If you are a highly organized, people-oriented person with a passion for healthcare, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact while earning a competitive income.Key Responsibilities * Sourcing and Recruitment: Proactively identify, engage, and screen qualified healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, physicians, lab techs) through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal database. * Candidate Management: Build strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals, skills, and preferences to match them with the right opportunities. * Full-Cycle Recruitment: Guide candidates through every step of the hiring process, including offer negotiation, credentialing, and onboarding. * Negotiation: Negotiate pay rates to maximize gross spread and commission potential while ensuring competitive offers for candidates. * Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and manage all required documentation.Qualifications * Previous experience in recruiting within the healthcare industry. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on attention to detail. * Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. * A compassionate and empathetic approach to understanding candidate needs. * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus. * Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.Compensation and Benefits * Competitive Base Salary: $56,500 annually. * High Earning Potential: 10% commission on gross spread for the first 2,000 hours per employee, providing significant incentive for performance. * Full Benefits Package: Includes health, disability, life, dental, and vision insurance. * Paid Time Off: Unlimited PTO.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
