Quality Control Manager (QCM) | $100K–$140K + Benefits | Seattle, WA Area

We’re partnering with a leading general contractor in Washington State to find an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) for major commercial and federal construction projects. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a well-established GC known for delivering high-profile builds in excess of $50 million .

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a seasoned QCM with:

• 5+ years of experience overseeing quality control on large-scale construction projects ($50M+)
• A strong understanding of QA/QC protocols , project documentation, inspections, and compliance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to work closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and client representatives
• Ideally based near Seattle, WA , or willing to relocate
