Market Director

Location: San Diego, California

Job Type: Full Time

Your role:

• Manage the daily responsibilities of multiple branch offices in the San Diego area.
• Be responsible for financial results, overseeing cost and risk management.
• Attract, recruit, develop and retain skilled talent.
• Coach Financial Advisors and other team members, ensuring training and development measures are results-oriented and transparent.
• Manage and resolve all escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks.

Detailed salary information:
The salary range for this role is $225,000 to $275,000, based on factors including experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level. This role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.

Your team:

You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas in the San Diego area, helping high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver tailored products and services.

Your expertise:

• Ideally 10 years of experience with a leading financial institution.
• Proven experience creating strong partnerships.
• FINRA registrations: Series 7, 66, and 9/10.
• Motivated, self-directed, and driven.
• Skilled at creating a positive business culture.
