Email Marketing Specialist – Full Time (On-Site)
Location: North Charleston, SC

Pay: $15–$25 per hour to start ( Based On Experience )
Strucsteel Factory makes metal studs and framing products for construction. We are a local manufacturer, and we ship directly from our factory to the job site.
We’re hiring a full-time Email Marketing Specialist to help us find new customers through email campaigns. This job is on-site in our North Charleston office.
What You’ll Do
- Send and manage email marketing campaigns
- Use tools to automate and improve results
- Help bring in new leads and follow up with them
- Track performance and improve open and reply rates
- Work with the sales team to turn leads into customers
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with email or digital marketing
- Good with CRM or email software
- Strong writing and clear communication
- Organized and focused on results
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is a plus
Incentives
For Leads:
- $1.00 for each qualified reply (interested or asks for info)
- $10.00 for each job-specific quote request
For Sales:
- 1% of the first order (AVG Order $5000)
- $150 bonus if a new client places 3 orders in 90 days
Performance Goals
- 30%+ open rate
- 5%+ reply rate
- 5–10 leads per week
- 3 or more new customers per month
