Security Sales Leader
$200k - $250k base + 2x OTE
We are currently assisting a rapidly growing enterprise software company to expand their Cyber Security business. They are seeking a GTM Leader to join their team remotely.

Role Overview:
- Lead a team of 8 - 12 professionals, driving sales tactics and strategy for the Cyber Security business.
- Responsible for motivating and managing the sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
- Focus on generating approximately $20M in new license revenue (through both new and existing customers).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary in the range of $200k - $250k, with an OTE potential of up to 2x base.
- Flexible approach to compensation for the right candidate.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in leading sales teams within the security or application security space.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and application security solutions.
- Motivated by driving growth and identifying new opportunities.
