The Global Digital Email Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and build brand awareness globally. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with the company's global marketing goals.
- Campaign Management: Design, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product promotions, and automated journeys.
- Analytics and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics and customer data to optimize campaigns for improved engagement and conversion rates.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and digital content teams to ensure messaging consistency and effectiveness across all platforms.
- Segmentation and Targeting: Develop advanced segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups and personalize communication efforts.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with international regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage marketing automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and send times to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive email marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage the email marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide email marketing specialists and other team members to foster professional growth and drive team success.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in email marketing management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in an office at a computer workstation and access information from a computer. The employee is required to be mobile to, from, and within the office. The employee may occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
WORK ENVIORMENT AND EXPECTATIONS
• Draper Utah Office-based position with the potential for hybrid work within the Utah State
only, subject to approval.
- Employees must work a minimum of 2–3 days per week from the Company office.
- Employees must maintain the same level of performance, engagement, and availability in hybrid settings as in-office roles.
