Overview
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Generator Service Technicians for projects located in Pelham, AL . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25-32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Installation and maintenance of generators and automatic transfer switches
- Conduct site surveys and oversee quality control of all work performed
- Test and verify alarms and system functionality to ensure compliance with operational standard
- Provide regular field updates to the operations manager as needed
Responsibilities
- Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- Previous experience in an industrial service technician role is strong preferred
- Must have basic to intermediate proficiency with computers and Microsoft office suite
- Must be able to travel and stay overnight when needed
- Must be able to lift up to 100lbs and comfortably climb ladders and stairs
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant tech training or experience
