We are seeking an experienced General Manager (Feeder Operations) to lead and innovate feeder operations, delivering measurable results in cargo yield, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
What Youll Do:
- Spearhead operational strategies to maximize cargo yield, optimize vessel utilization, and enhance route profitability
- Oversee and ensure seamless feeder operations, from vessel scheduling to resource allocation.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ocean carriers and port authorities.
- Take charge of financial planning, budgets, and P&L analysis to meet performance targets.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing, cross-functional team.
What Youll Bring:
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of logistics experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven expertise in Indonesias maritime market and familiarity with Southeast Asias logistics landscape.
- Strong financial acumen and excellent negotiation skills
- A proactive, results-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
