Description LUV Car Wash was founded in September 2021, and we have rapidly grown to over 70 locations across 6 states, including CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, and NJ. We are looking to add a General Manager to our growing team to help us continue our mission to become the best car wash in the industry. Benefits: Bonus Eligible Overtime Available 401K match Health Benefits/HSA Vision Dental Life insurance Vacation Sick Time Employee Discount program EAP General Summary of Duties: The General Manager (GM) is responsible for all site operations, including recruiting staff, ensuring site safety, managing facilities, delivering customer service, driving sales, ensuring site compliance, and developing the car wash team. Reports to: District Manager FLSA Status: Exempt / Non-Exempt Physical Demands: Occasional prolonged walking/standing Work outside in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted Essential Functions: Recruit, train, coach, and develop all team members Create a culture of accountability for operational procedures Ensure compliance with onboarding, orientation, and training processes Provide ongoing development and coaching to AGMs and high-potential hourly teammates Partner with HR on disciplinary issues Collaborate with District Manager on community outreach and marketing to increase local volume and sales Assist in budget planning and forecasting Manage inquiries and follow-up promptly and professionally Review payroll reports and approve payroll and commissions timely Complete checklists to standard and deadlines Ensure use of sales scripts and procedures Maintain site safety and compliance with all laws/regulations Build customer relationships through superior service Create weekly labor schedules Walk the site regularly to ensure safety, efficiency, and service standards Handle customer issues and work with District Manager for resolution Partner with Facilities for equipment maintenance and repairs Perform other duties as assigned All employees must stay updated on company policies through appropriate channels. Requirements: Education: HS Diploma or equivalent preferred; Bachelor's in business management, hospitality, or related field a plus. Experience: Minimum of 3 years management experience required; hospitality or restaurant management experience preferred; automotive industry experience a plus.
