Continuum Home Health Care is looking for a caring, reliable Caregiver to join our team serving clients in Muskegon and Twin Lake, MI. This is a part-time position averaging 32 hours per week, with a consistent schedule and supportive clients. Schedule Breakdown:
Typical Shift Hours:

Midday: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM or 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
*
Evening: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
*
Occasional Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (on weekends and some Fridays)
Workdays:
- Monday & Wednesday: 12:30pm - 8:30pm
Tuesday: 4pm - 8:30pm
*
Thursday: OFF
- Friday: 3pm - 8:30pm
- Every Other Saturday & Sunday: 9am - 6pm
Weekly Hours: 32
Responsibilities:

Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene)
*
Light housekeeping and meal prep
*
Medication reminders
*
Support with mobility and companionship
*
Report changes in client condition
Requirements:

Prior caregiving experience preferred (formal or informal)
*
Must be reliable and punctual
*
Available for evening and midday shifts
*
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
*
Ability to pass background check
